Dr. Hu is Amazing. I've had 3 surgeries by her and she is very talented and has a great attitude. I have had 3 bad experiences with whoever canceled my last appointment same day last time. It was because my referral was up. I explained that she should have given me more notice as I am a single parent who just lost my house and had to move over 2 hours away. She was rude and didn't care about my situation or her lack of notice that cost me $80 in fuel. Today I made an appointment that is over overdue and was treated terrible because I wanted my Dr. to remove 2 large tumors in my back. Why do the appointment setters have to be so rude here ? You have some very nice receptionist and some very rude ones as well. I'm tempted to seek a different dermatologist but Dr. Hu is my Hero

Dr. Hu and her assistants were extremely thorough, courteous, friendly and answered all our questions.
Dr. Hu personally followed up with us to check up on my husband and making sure we had no questions.

Dr Hu is very knowledgeable and tells you like it is, which I appreciate. I’ve had a few surgeries this year already and her associates do an excellent job.

DR. HU and her entire staff excelled in their medical knowledge, patient concern, hygiene procedures, and all follow up post surgical instructions, at least 3 times, with great emphasis on after care. I was taken to the procedure room in a timely manner, and explained every detail and checked on often .

On time…I especially liked the way everything was explained to me both by the girl who gave me the shots and the doctor herself who told me what she was doing and asked if I wanted to see in the mirror. The dr. Also sent a text later to see how I was feeling.
