Weimin K. Hu, MD, PhD

Board-certified dermatologist Weimin K Hu, MD, PhD, is a co-partner at Specialists in Dermatology PLLC in Tucson, Arizona, where she’s practiced since 2008. She graduated with honors from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry.

Dr. Hu went on to obtain MD and PhD dual degrees from St. Louis University, where she graduated with Alpha Omega Alpha medical society honors and PhDs in pharmacology and physiology.

She completed dermatology residency training at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Hu finished fellowship training at Oregon Health Science University Medical Center with renowned Dr. Neil Swanson and Dr. Ken Lee, where she specialized in Mohs micrographic surgery and cosmetic dermatology.

With extensive experience treating skin cancer with Mohs and other surgeries, Dr. Hu stays up-to-date with the latest advances in cosmetic dermatology to help each patient look and feel beautiful. She actively participates in dermatological research and published numerous clinical papers in prestigious dermatology journals.

Dr. Hu is board-certified in dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, American College of Mohs Surgery, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the Women’s Dermatologic Society.

She offers high-quality patient care with flexible scheduling. Dr. Hu is a hands-on provider, always puts patients’ needs first, and is proficient in English and Chinese. She is currently accepting new patients.

Noelle R. Eskandari, PA-C

Noelle Eskandari, P.A.-C, is a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology with over 10 years of experience. A native Arizonan, Noelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, graduating cum laude, from the University of Arizona, where she also minored in Chemistry. She continued her studies at Midwestern University, where she earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2013.
With a deep passion for dermatology, Noelle has dedicated her career to diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions. She stays up-to-date on the latest treatments and research to provide her patients with the most current and effective care possible.
Outside of her professional life, Noelle enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending quality time with her family, allowing her to maintain a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.

Xiangping Fang, NP-C

Certified by American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (NP-C) and Dermatology Nurse Practitioner Certification Board (DCNP), Xiangping Fang started her career as a Registered Nurse (RN) about 37 years ago, worked in China, Middle East, England, and The United States, in specialties such as Medical-Surgical, Women’s Health, Pediatric, Ortho-Neuro, Stroke, and Acute Rehabilitation. After she moved to the US, she went on to earn her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University. She then completed her Master of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Phoenix. She worked in Internal Medicine as NP-C before she moved to Dermatology in March 2016. She has been working in Specialists in Dermatology PLLC. as NP-C, DCNP since and is currently accepting new patients.

Xiangping Fang NP-C, DCNP is a member of Dermatology Nurses Association and American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She speaks Mandarin and English; she enjoys reading, going on walks, hiking, swimming, traveling, visiting family and friends in China, and spending time with her son.

Don Valmores, NP-C

Don began his nursing career at the age of 20 in his home country, the Philippines. In 1999, he relocated to London, United Kingdom, where he continued his nursing practice. Driven by a desire for knowledge, he pursued further education at Middlesex University, becoming the first Medical Nurse Practitioner from Asia at North Middlesex University NHS Hospital and Barnet and Chase Farm NHS Hospital.

Seeking new adventures, Don moved to Tucson with his family, where he has since worked at Tucson Medical Center, gaining a wealth of experience in the medical field. In 2018, he earned his Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner, graduating with honors from the University of Phoenix and being inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society.
Don is a National Board Certified Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and actively participates in several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners, the Southern Arizona Advanced Practice Nurse – Nurse Practitioner Society, and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.

In 2021, he further enhanced his expertise by obtaining certifications in Botox, Fillers, and Lasers from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. Don is passionate about attending dermatology and anti-aging conferences worldwide, where he stays updated on the latest breakthroughs to apply in his practice.

Outside of his professional commitments, Don enjoys international travel and immersing himself in diverse cultures with his wife and two children.

Wechita Recalde, NP-C

Wechita Recalde, NP-C, FNP-BC, is a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background and a specialization in dermatology. She graduated from Centro Escolar University in the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and worked there for several years before moving to New Zealand in 1997. In New Zealand, she worked as a Registered Comprehensive Nurse, focusing on Cardiothoracic ICU and Head and Neck Nursing in Auckland. She moved to the United States in 2004, where she worked in various Tucson hospitals in Cardiac ICU, Neuro ICU, and Bed Control Management.
Wechita earned her Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner with honors from Grand Canyon University. She has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2021, and since then, she has specialized in Dermatology, treating a wide range of skin conditions with a focus on patient-centered care. With her strong clinical background and specialized training, she has accumulated valuable experience in diagnosing and managing dermatologic conditions, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
She is nationally certified by both the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Additionally, Wechita is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Southern Arizona Advanced Practice Nurse-Nurse Practitioner Society.

Alyssa Anderson, NP-C

Alyssa Anderson, NP-C, is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in emergency medicine and dermatology. Originally from Ohio, Alyssa spent 10 years working as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department before pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing from West Coast University, which she completed in 2021. Since transitioning to dermatology, she has been providing specialized care for patients for the past 4 years.
Alyssa is an active member of both the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Academy of Dermatology, continually advancing her knowledge and skills in the field. She treats patients of all ages and specializes in a wide range of skincare conditions.
Outside of her professional life, Alyssa enjoys playing the piano, hiking, and cycling. She cherishes her time with her husband, two dogs, and two cats, enjoying the balance between her active lifestyle and quality family time.

Nicholas Porter, PA-C

Nicholas Porter, PA-C, is a dedicated Physician Assistant specializing in medical dermatology. A native of Tucson, Arizona, he graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, before earning his Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University.
Mr. Porter began his career in the Emergency Department, where he gained extensive experience in acute care. In 2021, he transitioned to Specialists in Dermatology to further his career, where he now specializes in diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, rashes, skin cancers, and hair loss.
He is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and is currently accepting new patients.
Outside of his professional life, Mr. Porter enjoys spending time with his family, maintaining his fitness, hiking, and indulging in his love for photography and drawing.

Colleen Schrant, NP-C

Colleen Schrant, NP-C, is a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner with over 19 years of experience in the medical field. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University and her Master of Science in Nursing, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), from Grand Canyon University. Colleen is a certified member of the Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a member of the Dermatology Nurses Association.
Colleen has a diverse background in healthcare, with experience in Emergency Medicine, Hospital Administration, Patient Experience Coaching, Pediatric Intensive Care, and Dermatology. Since 2022, she has been specializing in Dermatology, treating patients of all ages and addressing a wide range of skin conditions. Colleen is committed to providing comprehensive care, helping patients achieve healthier skin with tailored treatment plans.

Cynthia Hill, DNP, NP-C

Cynthia Hill, NP-C, is a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong educational background and over 11 years of experience in the medical field. She holds both a Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from the University of Arizona and is certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Before transitioning to her role as a Nurse Practitioner, Cynthia spent 9 years working as an ER nurse, where she gained invaluable experience and became known for her exceptional patient care. Her extensive clinical background allows her to approach each patient with both expertise and empathy, providing quality care in a variety of medical settings.
Outside of her professional life, Cynthia enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle with her husband and children, appreciating the balance between family and personal well-being.

Melissa Lim, PA-C

Melissa Lim, PA-C, is a native Tucsonan. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering. Through her work experiences in primary care, oncology clinical trials, and medical education, she developed a passion for medical science and patient care. She then went on to Midwestern University to earn a Masters of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies. She has been practicing dermatology since. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She is currently accepting new patients. In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, trying new restaurants, and watching movies.

Aileen Robitaille, FNP-BC

Aileen Robitaille, FNP-BC, graduated from Velez College of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She began her career as a Nurse Paramedic in her homeland, the Philippines. In 1993, she moved to the United States, where she worked in Geriatric Care and Occupational Medicine. Aileen earned her Master of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner from Northern Illinois University and is nationally certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

She continued her work in Occupational Medicine before transitioning to Pain Management and eventually specializing in Dermatology in 2018.

Aileen Robitaille is fluent in both Tagalog and English. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, woodworking, arts and crafts, playing sports, and exploring the outdoors.
