I just want to let everyone know, how much I appreciate Coleen at the Benson office. I had changed Derms for the past year because my insurance now accepted an office right in Sierra Vista. What a mistake that was! It was not the experience I was used to. From the front desk, to the Dr., to billing. It certainly wasn’t what I was used to. Saw that Dr. about 3/4 times & there was always trouble with billing, every time! I had enough, called and canceled my upcoming visit & they said what about the payment? I told them to do their job & figure it out! Never once, have I had any problems with Specialist in Dermatology. They are so thoughtful, calling after any procedure, wondering how I’m feeling. Dr Wu is great too! I highly recommend this place!

A very pleasant first visit, even under the circumstances. Colleen Schrant, NP-C, is wonderful, and she works fast too. She used liquid nitrogen to freeze the teeny suspicious spot above my lip, and did a biopsy on another little growth. Results in 2-3 weeks, and she'll call me either way. What she's worried about, she told me, is a possible squamous cell carcinoma there. Yeah, me too.
But I couldn't have asked for a more supportive practitioner ~ or her medical assistant, for that matter. The gal at the front desk was pleasant as well. Ten stars for these folks!
